The President's Concert

Friday 25th November 2016 · 7·30 pm

Virtuoso piano soloist and internationally acclaimed musician, Melvyn Tan, needs little introduction to many of you and was one of the very first performers ever to give a recital for us in St Michael’s church, Milverton.

This November we look forward to welcoming him back once again, this time to celebrate Milverton Concert Society’s 30th Anniversary, as well as a special birthday of his own.

You are invited to stay for light refreshments after the performance.

For over a quarter of a century, The Milverton Concert Society and its team of devoted volunteers has worked tirelessly to bring top quality live classical music to rural Somerset.

In addition to our programme of concerts we also put on fund-raising events and occasional Piano Days when members and others have a chance to play piano.

All performances take place in Milverton parish church where there is level wheelchair access through the West Porch to all facilities. The Concert Society thanks the vicar and church wardens for the use of the church.
