Caterers have a duty to ensure that equipment and stock are maintained at correct temperatures. TRACE will: Record
temperatures with date and time. Record

 This
state of the art electronic technology is designed to measure and
record all temperature changes throughout the entire cold chain.The Trace monitor is no bigger than a watch face and can therefore be used to accurately monitor the performance of refrigeration equipment or any specific products, from seafood to blood bags. The temperature range and parameters are set by the user to ensure the system records and reports the specific information that the user requires. If the temperature exceeds the preset parameters a warning light will indicate that the product may no longer be safe to consume. The Trace "Spy" monitor flashes green when everything is correct, switches to orange as the critical limits are approached, and locks on red when the parameters are exceeded. At any time the information can be downloaded and the detailed history of temperature activity can be viewed, analysed and printed. The Trace "Spy" monitor is unique because it will record the date and time when operatives have checked the condition of the equipment or product. By simply swiping the monitor with the magnet, it will record the fact that the temperatures have been checked in accordance with HACCP good practice. The system is suitable for catering, retail, health care, food processing, transport, and bulk storage. TRACE is unique because: It is the only system that provides irrevocable evidence that you
